该文通过理论推导 ,阐述了椭圆齿轮行星系分插机构的传动特性 ,建立了运动学分析模型和框图。在 VB平台上编制了机构参数优化程序 ,可以方便快捷地按照设计者要求找出一组最佳参数。利用该软件 ,针对原日本分插机构在中国南方插大苗时 ,由于插秧后工作轨迹过于前倾 ,可能推倒秧苗。设计了适合南、北方不同栽植模式的两种分插机构 ,通过重新优化出的结构参数 ,对椭圆齿轮行星系、偏心齿轮行星系和曲柄摇杆式三种分插机构性能进行了比较

The performance of three kinds of interplanting mechanism of elliptical gear planetary system, eccentric gear planetary system and crank rocker were compared by re-optimizing the structural parameters
