为了研究剪刀式旋翼的气动特性 ,在 2m直升机旋翼模型试验台上进行了试验研究。试验中采用了新研制的高精度旋翼天平和扭矩天平测量系统以及动态数据采集和处理系统 ,以确保试验结果的可靠性。作为对比 ,笔者首先针对普通尾桨进行了试验 ,给出了旋翼拉力和扭矩随总距角变化的试验结果。然后 ,着重进行了剪刀式旋翼的试验 ,测量了旋翼的拉力和扭矩随不同的剪刀角的变化 ,并对不同旋翼间距对旋翼拉力和扭矩的影响进行了对比。结果表明 ,剪刀式旋翼的剪刀角和旋翼间距影响尾桨拉力大小 ,但对扭矩的影响不大。
In order to study the aerodynamic characteristics of scissor-type rotors, a pilot study was conducted on a 2m helicopter rotor model test rig. The test uses a newly developed high-precision rotor balance and torque balance measurement system and dynamic data acquisition and processing system to ensure the reliability of test results. As a comparison, the author first tests the ordinary tail rotor, and gives the test results of the variation of the rotor tension and torque with the total pitch angle. Then, the experiments of scissor-type rotors are emphatically carried out. The variation of the tension and torque of the rotors with different scissor angles are measured. The influence of different rotor pitches on the tensile force and torque of the rotor is also compared. The results show that the scissor-type rotor scissors angle and rotor spacing affect the size of the tail rotor tension, but little effect on the torque.
