一、思想教育的主要原则 1、目的性与计划性的原则管理与教育不能满足于一般的常规管理,出现什么问题解决什么问题,而应纳入计划性、目的性的轨道。如应制定:a、学校思想教育整体规划,确定学生在校三年应达到的目标及主要措施等。b、教育阶段计划,如不同年级提出不同要求。c、教育的专项计划,如“三生”教育、青春期教育、心理健康、特殊家庭子女教育,班主任培训、法制教育、家长学校等。目标与计划的确定必须有可行性与实效性,不能停留在纸上或为应付上
