目的:对护心复方药液大孔吸附树脂精制工艺进行评价。方法:以过柱前后复方的HPLC图谱特征峰所代表的化学成分保留率及抗心肌缺血活性相结合的方法对复方药液精制工艺进行评价。结果:护心复方药液过柱后HPLC图谱中特征峰相对保留率达到90%以上,上柱原液与醇洗液HPLC图谱基本一致;大鼠灌胃给予上柱原液、水洗液、醇洗液,上柱原液及醇洗液均可明显改善急性心肌缺血症状,而水洗液药效作用微弱,其活性为:醇洗液>上柱原液>水洗液。结论:该过柱工艺在显著降低得膏率的同时,保留了复方药液HPLC图谱特征峰所代表的化学成分及其抗心肌缺血活性,“谱效结合”的评价方法为中药复方精制工艺提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the purification process of macroporous adsorption resin for care compound liquid. CONCLUSION: This method can significantly reduce the ointment rate while preserving the chemical composition represented by the characteristic peaks of compound HPLC and its anti-myocardial ischemic activity.
