一、前言 1976年,笔者曾比较详细论述了恒弹性合金的现状和发展趋势,该文把电子工业中频率元件用恒弹性合金的发展趋势归纳为:降低频率温度系数(β_f)、提高和控制品质因数(Q)、提高性能的再现性(一致性)和研制新型恒弹性合金四个方面。随后恒弹性合金的发展表明上述观点迄今仍然是符合实际情况的。本文针对近10年来电子工业用恒弹性合金的新进展,着重介绍国外所采用的工艺路线和动向,并对我国发展电子工业用恒弹性合金提出一些初步的看法。
I. INTRODUCTION In 1976, I gave a more detailed discussion of the current situation and development trend of constant elastic alloys. This article focuses on the new progress of constant elastic alloys used in the electronics industry in recent 10 years, emphasizes the introduction of process routes and trends abroad, and puts forward some preliminary opinions on the development of constant elastic alloys for the electronics industry in China.
