目的:探究指甲中微量元素含量是否与吸烟有关。方法:采用微波消解处理样品,以火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定吸烟男性指甲中钙、钠、钾的含量。结果:指甲中钙、钠、钾的含量分别为246.91~1384.34μg/g、756.17~2478.59μg/g和216.05~1525.60μg/g。回收率分别为95.50%、91.67%和91.50%,RSD分别为1.76%、2.81%和0.04%。结论:火焰原子吸收光谱仪用于测定指甲中的微量元素操作简单、可行。吸烟会影响人体指甲中微量元素含量。
Objective: To investigate whether the content of trace elements in nails is related to smoking. Methods: Microwave digestion samples were processed to determine the contents of calcium, sodium and potassium in smoking male nails by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: The contents of calcium, sodium and potassium in nails were 246.91 ~ 1384.34μg / g, 756.17 ~ 2478.59μg / g and 216.05 ~ 1525.60μg / g, respectively. The recoveries were 95.50%, 91.67% and 91.50%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.76%, 2.81% and 0.04%, respectively. Conclusion: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace elements in nails is simple and feasible. Smoking can affect the human body nail content of trace elements.
