20世纪80年代以来,外包现象的出现及其迅速发展导致了劳动力需求的变化,特别是外包比例较大的产业内劳动力的转移。外包对就业的影响是毫无疑问的,但是,这种影响的强弱在理论上还未达成一致的看法。然,国际产品外包对我国低技能劳动力的影响是显著的。目前,我国应该鼓励企业接受发达国家的外包业务,以此来解决我国低技能劳动力的就业问题,但是就长远发展来看,不能过分依靠发达国家的外包,应该积极发展本国科技水平,发展本国的优势产业,提高本国产品在国际市场上的竞争力。
Since the 1980s, the emergence of outsourcing phenomenon and its rapid development have led to changes in labor demand, especially the transfer of labor within industries with a large proportion of outsourcing. The impact of outsourcing on employment is beyond doubt, but the strength of this impact has not yet been reached in theory. However, the impact of international product outsourcing on China’s low-skilled labor force is significant. At present, our country should encourage enterprises to accept the outsourcing business of the developed countries in order to solve the employment problem of the low-skilled labor force in our country. However, in the long run, we should not rely too much on the outsourcing of the developed countries. We should actively develop our own technological level and develop our own Advantageous industries, improve the competitiveness of their products in the international market.
