矫治力可引起直接和间接两种类型的组织变化。直接变化,早期是局部反应,引起牙槽骨改变,并影响牙槽的形状与功能。间接变化是继发的,发生于颌骨中,由牙槽变化所致。矫治器作用在牙齿上的力,起二种作用,一是牙的自身移动,二是颌骨的继发反应,临床上扩大牙弓,是通过腭穹隆变平而使上颌变化的。作者指出,当牙齿移动时,组织产生适应的变化,因此在牙齿移动到一个新的位置后,颌骨在形态和结构上必然发生很大的变化。牙槽突与牙齿一起移动,并维持它原来的宽度与结构,在牙槽骨移动的方向,颌骨发生相应的生长。而颌骨随着牙槽骨改变发生直接和间接的变化。变化的情况根据牙移动的速度、时间及牙耐受的功能大小决定。
Corrective force can cause both direct and indirect organizational changes. Direct changes, early local reactions, causing alveolar bone changes, and affect the shape and function of the alveolus. Indirect changes are secondary to occur in the jaw bone, caused by alveolar changes. Appliance on the role of teeth on the force, play two roles, one is the movement of the teeth, the second is the secondary reaction of the jaw, the clinical expansion of the dental arch, is flattened by the palatal dome so that the maxillary changes. The authors point out that as the tooth moves, the tissue undergoes a change of adaptation so that the mandible changes inevitably in shape and structure after the tooth has moved to a new position. The alveolar process moves along with the tooth and maintains its original width and structure. Corresponding growth of the jaw occurs in the direction of alveolar bone movement. The jaw with the alveolar bone changes occur directly and indirectly. Changes in the situation according to the speed of tooth movement, time and tooth tolerance function size decision.
