西藏和平解放后,以毛泽东为首的党中央,确立了进藏干部扎根西藏、边疆为家的长期建藏思想。十八大以来,习近平提出“治国必治边,治边先稳藏”重要战略思想,将“长期建藏”作为新时期西藏工作指导方针;现重申“长期建藏”思想是对50年代长期建藏思想的升华,对西藏社会稳定与发展具有重大意义。
After the peaceful liberation of Tibet, the party Central Committee headed by Mao Zedong established the long-term reservoir-building ideology that cadres in Tibet should take root in Tibet and border areas.
