目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后大出血的原因与预防。方法对藤县人民医院2009年8月～2012年3月36例大出血患者的临床资料回顾分析并及时处理。结果经过我院医务人员精心照顾以及细心观察,所有出血的患者均获得治愈。结论对大出血的患者采取必要的措施进行有效处理和护理,保证了患者的安全以及生命。经尿道前列腺电切术后大出血的预防和处理在临床上有很高的研究价值。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of major bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with hemorrhage in Teng County People’s Hospital from August 2009 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and treated in time. Results Our hospital medical staff carefully and carefully observed, all bleeding patients were cured. Conclusion The patients with major bleeding should take the necessary measures to effectively treat and protect the patients and ensure their safety and life. Transurethral resection of prostate bleeding after the prevention and treatment of high clinical value.
