目的:探讨初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中期因子(MK)水平的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2010年2月至2013年4月我科门诊及住院的初发T2DM患者及健康体检者共98例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定MK水平,同时测定高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素(Ins)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI),对相关数据进行对比分析。结果:T2DM患者血浆MK及hs-CRP水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01);血清MK水平与hs-CRP、HbA1c、IRI呈正相关(r=0.434、0.415、0.449,均P<0.01)。Logistic多元回归分析显示:MK水平、IRI、HbA1c、hs-CRP与T2DM密切相关。结论:T2DM患者MK表达水平与胰岛素抵抗及hs-CRP密切相关,是T2DM的危险因子之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of midkine (MK) in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its clinical significance. Methods: A total of 98 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM patients and healthy volunteers in our department between February 2010 and April 2013 were enrolled in this study. MK levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and hs-CRP ), HbA1c and Ins levels were calculated and insulin resistance index (IRI) was calculated. The data were analyzed comparatively. Results: The levels of MK and hs-CRP in T2DM patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). The serum MK levels were positively correlated with hs-CRP, HbA1c and IRI (r = 0.434, 0.415, 0.449, all P <0.01). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that: MK levels, IRI, HbA1c, hs-CRP and T2DM are closely related. Conclusion: The expression of MK in T2DM patients is closely related to insulin resistance and hs-CRP, which is one of the risk factors of T2DM.
