To investigate the role and mechanism of CD4 4V6 in the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of CD4 4V6 was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. The positive rate of CD4 4V6 in normal cervix and intraepithelial neoplasia was 100%, while in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 75.24%. CD4 4V6 could be used as a useful cervical Cancer cell differentiation antigen marker
