如果国内航空公司竞争激烈、票价水平不涨反跌的局面不能根本改变,9月1日的上调燃油附加并不能根本改变航空公司的盈利状况。由于高油价是机场流量增长不够理想的根本原因,因此近期油价下跌带来了机场业良好预期。
If domestic airlines are fiercely competitive and the fare level is not up and down, the situation can not be fundamentally changed.
