本文报道近20年来黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)与扶绥肝癌关系的流行病学研究结果:(1)扶绥县的气候特点适宜黄曲霉菌的生长和产毒,(2)8697份粮油食品的检测结果表明,该地区是AFB_1的重污染区;(3)AFB_1的污染水平及居民的AFB_1摄入量与肝癌死亡率有高度相关;(4)AFB_1摄入量与肝癌死亡率有剂量—反应关系;(5)10年前瞻性研究结果,高摄毒组居民患肝癌的危险性是低摄毒组居民的4.3倍。作者认为,AFB_1是扶绥肝癌高发的一个主要危险因素,采取措施减少和消除这一因素的影响,对控制和降低当地居民肝癌的发病率有积极意义。
This paper reports the results of epidemiological studies on the relationship between Aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) and Fusui liver cancer in recent 20 years: (1) The climate characteristics of Fusui County are suitable for the growth and toxin production of Aspergillus flavus; (2) 8697 food and oil products (3) The level of AFB_1 pollution and residents’ intake of AFB_1 are highly correlated with the mortality of liver cancer; (4) The intake of AFB_1 and the mortality of liver cancer are dose- (5) A 10-year prospective study showed that the residents of Gaoxin group were 4.3 times more likely to be HCC patients than those in Gaoxin group. The author believes that AFB_1 is a major risk factor for Fusui liver cancer. Take measures to reduce and eliminate the impact of this factor, to control and reduce the incidence of liver cancer in local residents have a positive meaning.
