曾报道从印度尼西亚产鸢尾科植物小红蒜(Eleutherine americana)中分离到2种已知化合物与5种新化合物,并确定了结构。本次对中国产的该植物的成分进行研究。 中国产小红蒜根茎的乙酸乙酯提取物上硅胶柱层析(氯仿-甲醇=20:1),并以PTLC(氯仿-甲醇=10:1,氯仿-甲醇-水=7:3:0.3)提取,进一步用HPLC(Asahipack ODP-90,甲醇-水=1:1)纯化,得(1)与(3)。 根据Elamerin[1,FeCl_3(+),C_(15)H_(12)O_4]及其二甲基衍生物(2)的物理及光谱数据,
It has been reported that two known compounds and five new compounds have been isolated from the Indonesian-born Eleutherine americana and the structure has been determined.
