在25—275K范围内,测量了正电子在8090合金和含Zn,Ag或Sc的8090合金的湮没寿命.结果表明,τ1=175—187ps是典型的正电子在共格粒子δ'(Al3Li)上的湮没寿命;τ2对温度T有明显的依赖关系.只要同时考虑空位、晶界对τ2的影响,就可以很好地对这四种样品的τ2-T曲线作出解释,并可对空位的存在形式作出推断.
In the range of 25-275K, the annihilation lifetime of positron in 8090 alloy and 8090 alloy containing Zn, Ag or Sc was measured. The results show that τ1 = 175-187ps is the annihilation lifetime of the typical positron on the coherent particle δ ’(Al3Li); τ2 has obvious dependence on the temperature T. As long as the effects of vacancy and grain boundaries on τ2 are taken into consideration, the τ2-T curves of these four samples can be well explained and the existence of vacancies can be inferred.
