蒸汽机车在达到规定的走行公里以后,必须进行洗修作业,其中对机车锅炉进行洗炉是作业中的核心内容。本文结合已完成的“蒸汽机车温水洗炉及循环减温自动化设备”——肆机5502设计文件,就设备的合理选择进行粗浅的探讨,以求能获得较大的经济效益。一、循环减温装置的选择 1971年铁道部在修订的“段修规则”中规定:锅炉减温进出水温差一般不大于30℃锅炉有缺陷时,则具体数值视缺陷程度而定。在减温作业时,均须严格地遵照此项规定。从机车锅炉减温方式的演变过程来看,一般有以下几种减温形式:
