企业工商业管理类人才与整个社会经济发展有密切关系,随着高校教育逐渐普及,工商管理类人才也逐渐增多,如何形成科学化培养人才机制也成为人们关注重点。但是由于传统教育模式缺陷,造成管理人才在培养上也存在一些问题,本文就从培养工商管理类人才的必要性、培养原则以及培养现状和培养措施上进行分析,为我国工商管理类人才发展贡献力量。
Business management talents in enterprises are closely related to the overall social and economic development. With the gradual popularization of higher education, the number of business management talents also gradually increases. How to form a scientific personnel training mechanism has also become the focus of attention. However, due to the defects of traditional education mode, some problems exist in the training of management personnel. This article analyzes the necessity of training business management personnel, the training principle and the present situation and training measures, which contributes to the development of business management talents in our country power.
