本文以海洋旅游市场为研究对象,通过资源、市场和社会经济环境的三个方面分析了海洋旅游发展期潜力。本文结合国际发展经验,从市场需求、产业业态以及空间结构方面判断了我国海洋旅游发展趋势,结合国内热点事件,从阶段性问题和客观性问题两方面对我国海洋旅游市场存在的问题进行了归纳,并从社会经济、旅游阶段、经济利益、管理水平、体制机制以及机构建设等方面对当前存在问题的机理进行了剖析。最终通过与国际先进经验对比,从宣传营销、产品体系、产业配套、公共服务、旅游功能区五个方面提出了相应的建议措施。
This article takes the marine tourism market as the research object and analyzes the potential of the marine tourism development through three aspects of resources, market and socio-economic environment. Based on the experience of international development, this paper judged the development trend of ocean tourism in China from the aspects of market demand, industry format and spatial structure. Combined with the domestic hot issues, this article summarized the problems existing in China’s ocean tourism market from two aspects: staged issue and objectivity issue , And analyzed the mechanism of current problems from the aspects of social economy, tourism stage, economic benefits, management level, institutional mechanism and institution construction. Finally, through the comparison with the advanced international experience, the corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward from the following five aspects: publicity and marketing, product system, industrial support, public service and tourism functional area.
