本文介绍一种采用辐射聚焦加热、氩气喷射冷却、微机自动控制的新型相变内耗测量装置。该装置具有热惯性小,变温速率快,自动化程度高的独特优点,能实现从高温状态淬火至室温以上温度范围等温或连续冷却过程中,材料相变内耗的测量。最高加热温度为1100℃,最大加热速率为300℃/s,最大冷却速率为200℃/s,控温精度为±0.5℃。通过软件程序设计可进行不同速率的连续加热和冷却,分级淬火和回火,固溶加时效等多种热处理过程中相变内耗的研究。
This paper introduces a new type of internal phase loss measurement device using radiant focusing heating, argon jet cooling and microcomputer automatic control. The device has the advantages of small thermal inertia, fast temperature changing rate and high degree of automation. It can measure the internal friction loss of materials during the isothermal or continuous cooling process from the high temperature state to the temperature range above the room temperature. Maximum heating temperature of 1100 ℃, the maximum heating rate of 300 ℃ / s, the maximum cooling rate of 200 ℃ / s, temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. Through the software programming can be carried out at different rates of continuous heating and cooling, quenching and tempering grading, solid solution and aging and other heat treatment process of a variety of heat treatment phase loss.
