临床上很多疾病可引起剧烈头痛、呕吐 ,易考虑为颅高压所致 ,而予 2 0 %甘露醇持续脱水降颅压治疗。但当头痛症状经上述处理一段时间后得不到缓解时应警惕低颅压的发生。本人临床工作中遇到 3例顽固性头痛呕吐误诊为颅高压的低颅压综合征 ,并综合文献进行分析如下 :病例资料 :
