文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法,从价值与价值观的角度对体育教师职业倦怠三个维度的现状、成因进行了调查分析。结论得出:体育教师职业认知能力不强易造成工作倦怠、社会价值认同感存在男女差异性,男体育教师较女教师易产生倦怠现象、玩世不恭源于世俗化的价值取向。从价值目标、知识内涵、差异水平分类三个方面提出了体育教师职业倦怠干预策略。
The article investigates and analyzes the current situation and causes of the three dimensions of physical education teacher’s job burnout from the perspective of values and values through literature and questionnaire. The conclusion is drawn that: the occupational cognitive ability of physical education teachers is not easy to cause job burnout, there are differences between men and women in social value identity, male physical education teachers tend to burnout more than female teachers, and cynicism comes from the secular value orientation. From the value of the target, the content of knowledge, the level of differences in the classification of physical education teachers put forward the job burnout intervention strategy.
