本研究选择了30例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者及18例妇科良性疾病患者，检测其腹水对NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞增殖的作用，结果发现：卵巢恶性肿瘤腹水具有免疫抑制作用，其免疫抑制率与肿癌的组织学类型、细胞分化程度无关，而与肿瘤体积大小有关，肿瘤体积越大，其腹水的抑制率越高。提示；卵巢恶性肿瘤腹水中存住一种抑制见疫功能的物质──锡疫抑制因子．此因子可能上由肿瘤细胞产生的，是导致患者见疫功能低下及肿瘤腹腔转移的重要因素之一。 In this study, 30 patients with ovarian cancer and 18 patients with benign gynecological diseases were selected to test the effect of ascites on NK cell activity and lymphocyte proliferation.
