从美国变态反应与免疫学会近10年的会议看,食源性变态反应越来越引起人们的关注。1981年旧金山会议仅有10篇涉及食物过敏的文章,而1992年奥兰多会波涉及这个主题的文章已超过50篇。会议论文不仅有罕见病例报告、食物致敏原的表位特性,而且还包括各类主要食物及其成分的信息。严重反应通常认为食物过敏是轻微而短暂的反应,这是一种十分危险的误解。因为,在某些情况下可能出现严重的危及生命的反应。
From the American Association of Allergy and Immunology nearly 10 years of meetings, food-borne allergic reactions have drawn increasing attention. There were only 10 articles on food allergies at the 1981 San Francisco Conference, and more than 50 articles on this topic were taken in Orlando in 1992. Conference papers not only have rare case reports, allergens epitopes of food allergens, but also include all kinds of major food and its components of information. Serious reactions are usually considered minor and transient food allergy reaction, which is a very dangerous misunderstanding. Because, in some cases, serious life-threatening reactions may occur.
