Forty healthy male Wistar canine dogs were anesthetized and ligated. The left main coronary artery was ligated for 5 minutes after thoracotomy. The animals were then randomly divided into two groups. The ischemia-reperfusion group (n = 24) Minutes, continuous ischemia group (n = 16) for 15 minutes continuous observation, before and after coronary ligation and ligation, the dynamic observation of cardiac function and ECG. The results showed that LVSP and ± dp / dtmax decreased immediately and the LVEDP increased immediately after the ligation of the main branch of the left coronary artery, which was significantly different from the values before ligation. However, at 5 and 15 minutes after the continuous ligation, No further changes occurred; ligation of animals, a sudden significant deterioration of the above indicators, the majority of animals with serious arrhythmia, persistent ligation of animals were significantly different. The above results suggest that severe myocardial damage may occur when the coronary blood flow is recanalized after ischemia in the rat heart, and the myocardial contractility index and arrhythmia can well reflect the occurrence of such damage.
