推行检务督察制度,是深化检察制度改革,加强队伍建设,促进严格、公正、文明执法的一项重要举措。针对目前检察工作和检察队伍中存在的违法违纪行为,检务督察可以对原有的内部监督制约机制进行补充。检务督察着眼于案件管理,以对案件的全程监控为主要路径,注重与其他部门在功能上的衔接配合,促进检察权的规范运行,努力实现强化法律监督、维护公平正义的目标。
The implementation of the procuratorial inspection system is an important measure to deepen the reform of the procuratorial system, strengthen the contingent building and promote strict, fair and civilized law enforcement. In view of the current illegal activities in procuratorial work and procuratorial work, the procuratorial inspectors may supplement the original internal control and restriction mechanism.
