随着社会经济的快速发展,社会的能源需求日益提高,石油公司的运营和发展承担着重要的社会责任。成本控制是企业管理的重要组成部分,要实现对企业生产经营成本的有效控制,首先要保证成本预算的精确性。石油企业只有做到对成本的准确预算和有效控制,才能为企业的健康、可持续发展提供保障,进而最大化的满足社会的能源需求。本文将对油气田开发中的成本构成进行简单介绍,并对常用的成本预测方法及其应用进行分析。
With the rapid social and economic development, the energy needs of the society are increasing day by day. The operation and development of oil companies bear important social responsibilities. Cost control is an important part of business management. To effectively control the cost of production and operation, we must first ensure the accuracy of the cost budget. Only by accurately forecasting the cost and effectively controlling the cost can the petroleum enterprise provide guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise so as to maximize the energy needs of the society. This article will briefly introduce the cost components in the development of oil and gas fields, and analyze the commonly used cost forecasting methods and their applications.
