目的探讨分析中央运输在接送转运患者途中的风险因素及防范措施,以减少和杜绝不良事件发生。方法从2011年8月起,中央运输科通过统计、分析、评估运输工作中的风险因素,采取对运输员进行安全教育和知识培训,提高其应急和沟通能力,规范和完善各种规章制度和操作流程,加强监督和检查等各项管理措施,防范风险的发生。结果经持续质量改进,2012年8月-2013年7月患者接送转运的风险发生率较2011年8月-2012年7月下降64%,运输服务质量得以提高。结论加强管理和监控,能有效降低住院患者在送检途中的风险发生率。
Objective To analyze and analyze the risk factors and prevention measures of central transport on the way of transporting patients to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of adverse events. Methods From August 2011 onwards, the Central Transport Department adopted safety education and knowledge training for transport workers by statistic, analysis and evaluation of risk factors in transport work to improve their emergency and communication skills, standardize and improve various rules and regulations and Operational procedures, strengthen supervision and inspection and other management measures to prevent the occurrence of risks. Results With the continuous quality improvement, the incidence of patient transport between August 2012 and July 2013 was 64% lower than that in August 2011-July 2012, and the quality of transport service was improved. Conclusion Strengthening management and monitoring can effectively reduce the incidence of in-hospital patients during the inspection.
