以两分子手性三联吡啶与两分子聚乙二醇发生成环反应,合成得到一种结构新颖的手性双核冠醚大环分子,通过MS、1HNMR、IR等手段确认其结构。运用荧光光谱研究了该大环分子的二锌配合物对于不同的天然氨基酸的结合和荧光信号响应能力。实验结果表明:该大环分子的二锌配合物能选择性地荧光识别不同的氨基酸,其中对酸性氨基酸如L-天门冬氨酸的结合能力最强。
A novel chiral binuclear crown ether macrocycle was synthesized by cyclization reaction of two molecules of chiral terpyridine with two molecules of polyethylene glycol. The structure was confirmed by MS, 1HNMR and IR. Fluorescence spectra were used to study the ability of the macrocyclic zinc complexes to bind to different natural amino acids and respond to fluorescent signals. The experimental results show that the macrocyclic zinc complexes can selectively fluorescently recognize different amino acids, of which the binding ability to acidic amino acids such as L-aspartic acid is the strongest.
