7月24日,《浙江省广告管理条例(草案)》提交浙江省人大常委会审议。草案中有很多亮点,尤其是明确了名人代言虚假广告要承担连带责任。一石激起千层浪,由此引发了对名人代言广告问题的热烈讨论。其实,早在十多年前,这一问题就曾引起公众的关注。只是近年来,从2005年刘嘉玲代言SK~Ⅱ,到今年中央电视台3·15晚会曝光郭德纲代言“藏秘排油”减肥茶,再到最近葛优因代言亿霖广告被追缴巨额代言费,名人代言虚假广告大有愈演愈烈之势,才使这一问题再次引起广泛关注。
