为了解决偏导辊与带材速度不同步导致的铝表面擦划伤问题,结合最小二乘拟合法和动态转矩补偿,采用偏导辊速度同步控制的方法,实现了偏导辊与带材速度的同步控制。该方法在某铝厂1 850 mm冷轧机偏导辊速度控制中应用后,取得很好的控制效果。
In order to solve the scratches on the aluminum surface caused by the non-synchronization between the deflection roller and the strip speed, the method of simultaneous control of the deflection roller speed and the least squares fitting method and the dynamic torque compensation are adopted to realize the combination of the deflection roller and the strip Synchronous speed control. The method has been applied to the control of the deflection speed of partial rolls of a 1 850 mm cold rolling mill in a certain aluminum plant, and achieved good control effects.
