以钒钛铁精矿和煤粉为原料,聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,采用单因素实验和正交实验研究了铁精矿粒度、粘结剂加入量、压强、水分含量等因素对钒钛铁精矿内配碳球团抗压强度和下落强度指标的影响,并对其影响规律进行了分析。结果表明:影响球团抗压强度的主次因素依次为粘结剂加入量、压强、铁精矿粒度、水分含量,影响球团下落次数的主次因素依次为粘结剂加入量、水分含量、铁精矿粒度、压强。得出优化的压力成球工艺参数为:铁精矿粒度-74μm粒级占70%、粘结剂加入量0.5%、压强10 MPa、水分含量8%。此条件下制备的球团抗压强度为78.74 N,下落次数为31.6次。
Using vanadium-titanium-iron ore concentrate and pulverized coal as raw materials, polyvinyl alcohol as binder, single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effects of iron concentrate size, binder addition, pressure and moisture content on vanadium and titanium The effects of the compressive strength and the falling strength index of the carbon pellets in the iron ore concentrate were analyzed and the influence laws were also analyzed.
