目前,我国已建成大、中、小型水电站2,100多万千瓦,这是我国能源建设中一笔宝贵财富。但是,在1979年之前,许多水电站长期处于低水位运行,平均每年损失电量约50亿度。近三年多来,加强运行管理和经济调度工作,取得了很大成绩,三年多共增发水电约200亿度。但从全国范围来说,多数电站仍未达到设计平均年发电量,如何进一步挖掘潜力,仍是一个亟待研究解决的重要课题。根据
At present, China has built more than 21 million kilowatts of large, medium and small hydropower stations, which is a valuable asset in China’s energy construction. However, by 1979, many hydropower plants had been operating at low water levels for an extended period of time, with an average annual loss of about 5 billion kWh.
