目的:探讨距骨锁定接骨板结合空心钉治疗青少年HawkinsⅡ型距骨颈骨折的疗效和功能恢复情况。方法:自2013年5月至2014年6月我院收治青少年HawkinsⅡ型距骨颈骨折8例,均采用手术切开复位距骨锁定接骨板结合空心钉内固定治疗。结果:术后随访时间6~18个月,平均12个月,术后伤口无感染,无创周皮瓣坏死发生,X线片示所有骨折均骨性愈合,采用美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝与后足评分系统进行评分为73~94分(83.55±7.23)。结论:对青少年HawkinsⅡ型距骨颈骨折,应积极寻求手术治疗,距骨锁定接骨板结合空心钉治疗青少年HawkinsⅡ型距骨颈骨折,既可获得固定的稳定性,又可以恢复距骨的力线,是治疗青少年HawkinsⅡ型距骨颈骨折的一种有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and recovery of talar locking plate and hollow screw in the treatment of Hawkins Ⅱ talar neck fracture in adolescents. Methods: From May 2013 to June 2014, 8 cases of Hawkins Ⅱ talar neck fracture were treated in our hospital. All cases were treated by surgical incision and reduction of talus locking plate and cannulated screw fixation. Results: The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 18 months with an average of 12 months. No postoperative wound infection was found and necrosis of non-invasive skin flap occurred. X-ray showed that all the fractures were healed. AOFAS (American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery) The ankle and hindfoot score system score was 73-94 (83.55 ± 7.23). CONCLUSIONS: Adolescent Hawkins Ⅱ talus neck fracture should actively seek surgical treatment of talus locking plate and hollow screw treatment of adolescent Hawkins Ⅱ talar neck fracture, both to obtain a fixed stability, but also to restore the strength of the talus, is the treatment of adolescents An effective method of Hawkins Ⅱ fracture of talus neck.
