针对河南省南水北调配套工程大管径顶管变更组价《水利建筑工程预算定额》及《河南省建设工程工程量清单综合单价市政预算定额》均无适用子目,施工单位申报变更时多用采用外延法求消耗量问题。分析北京市、上海市及浙江省相关顶进定额发现,外延消耗量与实际不符。并在此基础上,进一步分析得知人材机消耗量与管径的变化线性相关。从而利用线性回归理论对河南省定额未包含的大管径顶进项目进行预测,最终算得的人材机消耗量,为此类变更组价问题提供参考。
