目的:探讨在急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠血清中抵抗素、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素1-β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。方法:用ELISA测定大鼠血清中抵抗素、TNF-α、IL-1β、CRP水平变化,同时检测胰腺/体重比值、胰腺组织病理变化。结果:急性水肿型胰腺炎(AEP)组和急性坏死型胰腺炎(ANP)组大鼠血清淀粉酶(AMY)、抵抗素、TNF-α、IL-1β、CRP水平较正常对照组、假手术组均明显升高,ANP组与AEP组相比升高更明显,两者之间差异显著(P<0.01或者P<0.05)。血清抵抗素水平与血清TNF-α、IL-1β、CRP水平和胰腺组织病理评分呈正相关性,血清CRP水平和胰腺组织病理评分也呈正相关性。结论:抵抗素可能与急性胰腺炎的、发生、发展有关,是评估急性胰腺炎严重程度的有价值指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum resistin, C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in acute pancreatitis (AP) rats. Methods: The serum levels of resistin, TNF-α, IL-1β and CRP were measured by ELISA. Pancreatic / body weight ratio and pathological changes of pancreas were also detected. Results: The levels of serum amylase (AMY), resistin, TNF-α, IL-1β and CRP in acute edematous pancreatitis (AEP) group and acute necrotic pancreatitis (ANP) group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). There was significant difference between ANP group and AEP group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Serum resistin levels were positively correlated with serum TNF-α, IL-1β, CRP levels and pancreatic histopathological score. Serum CRP level was also positively correlated with pancreatic histopathological score. Conclusion: The resistin may be related to the occurrence, development of acute pancreatitis and is one of the valuable indexes to evaluate the severity of acute pancreatitis.
