分析了多通道数据分时采集过程中“数据错配”现象产生的原因及对测量结果的影响,介绍了新研制的JDC型多通道数据采集卡的结构原理.该采集卡由多块AD转换芯片、锁存器、滤波器及地址译码电路等组成,具有16位二进制分辨率、多通道数据同时采集、每通道100kHz采样速率等功能,克服了数据错配现象。它可插在IBM或其兼容机扩展槽中.适用于一个物理事件发生而有多个参量同时输出的高精度数据采集场合.
This paper analyzes the causes of “data mismatch” in the multi-channel data acquisition and the impact on the measurement results. The structure principle of the newly developed JDC multi-channel data acquisition card is introduced. The acquisition card consists of multiple AD conversion chip, latch, filter and address decoding circuit and other components, with 16-bit binary resolution, multi-channel data acquisition, sampling rate of 100kHz per channel and other functions to overcome the data mismatch phenomenon. It can be plugged into IBM or its compatible slot. Suitable for a high-precision data acquisition where a physical event occurs while multiple parameters are output simultaneously.
