为避免健身健美操运动造成膝关节损伤,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法以屈膝15°左右站立为运动中基本姿势(动作初始、还原位置)对健美操俱乐部会员进行分组实验,并对训练前后各组膝关节屈伸肌群进行不同角速度峰力矩及对不同膝角股直肌肌电进行测试。研究得出:以屈膝15°左右站立为健身健美操动态基本姿势进行锻炼可以降低膝关节运动负荷,增强初学者股四头肌肌力,此姿态可以确定为膝关节动态保护性姿势。
