目的通过调查护士的胜任力现状,探讨其影响因素。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用方便抽样方法对某综合性三级医院的95名护士进行现状调查。结果护士胜任力总分为(145.32±15.92)分,处于中等偏上水平,年龄、婚姻状况、职称和学历对胜任力的影响在统计学上均无差异。结论护士胜任力水平是临床护理工作的关键,提高护士胜任力水平对更好的开展优质护理服务、提高临床护理工作质量有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nurses by investigating the status of their competencies. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves, and 95 nurses in a comprehensive tertiary hospital were surveyed by hand sampling method. Results The total score of nurses’ competence was (145.32 ± 15.92) points, which was at the middle level. There was no statistical difference in the influence of age, marital status, professional titles and academic qualifications on competency. Conclusion The competence of nurses is the key to clinical nursing work. Improving the competence level of nurses has a certain impact on better quality nursing services and improving the quality of clinical nursing work.
