在考查了九本基础化学实验教科书中的《蔗糖酸催化转化反应》的实验内容后,结合若干值得商榷的问题进行了实验。实验课教材的侧重点不同于理论课教材,应该着重于提高操作、数据处理、实验准确度的技能,应该如实地、不含糊地、全面地告知学生有关的资料。因为水参与反应而被消耗,使体系体积变小、体系中各组分的浓度,特别是催化剂的浓度都会因体系体积变小而增高。
After examining the experimental contents of the “sucrose acid catalytic conversion reaction” in nine basic chemistry experimental textbooks, experiments were carried out based on a number of issues that were debatable. The focus of experimental textbooks is different from that of theoretical textbooks. Emphasis should be placed on improving the skills of operation, data processing and experiment accuracy. Students should be informed of the relevant data truthfully, unambiguously and comprehensively. Because water participates in the reaction is consumed, the system becomes smaller, the concentration of each component in the system, especially the catalyst concentration will increase due to the smaller system volume.
