7月中旬,北京市国土资源局、北京市发改委联合发布了《北京市2005年度土地供应计划安排评价标准(试行)》,其中明确规定 CBD 将限制新增的酒店、高档公寓、高档写字楼、商业设施、物流中心项目用地。此标准的出台建立在 CBD现状和发展的基础上,透过《标准》出台的背景可以审视 CBD存在的问题,拉起 CBD 警戒线,并展望 CBD 发展的方向。
In mid-July, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the “Evaluation Criteria for Beijing’s Land Supply Plan Arrangement for 2005 (Trial)”, which explicitly stipulates that CBD will limit newly added hotels, high-end apartments, high-end office buildings, commercial Facilities, logistics center project sites. The promulgation of this standard is based on the status quo and development of the CBD. Through the promulgation of the “Standards,” the background of the CBD can be used to examine the existing problems in the CBD, pull up the cordon of the CBD and look into the direction of CBD development.
