探讨不同月份梭梭同化枝和2年生硬枝的内源抑制物质的生物学活性效应,为梭梭枝条扦插选材提供依据。以4月至9月梭梭同化枝和4月至7月梭梭2年生硬枝为材料,通过不同浓度IBA浸泡处理,采用80%甲醇浸提,并将浸提液置于发芽纸上,考察其对绿豆种子萌发的影响。梭梭同化枝的根长、根重、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数均以6月至7月为最低,也即4月至5月是梭梭同化枝生长旺盛期,6月底至7月底梭梭进入休眠状态,8月底至9月底又进入生长状态。梭梭2年生硬枝的活力指数在5月至6月时达峰值,7月底降至最低为13.051。也即梭梭2年生硬枝于7月底进入休眠状态。对照的发芽指数和活力指数均高于各处理样,0、25、50mg/L IBA处理的发芽指数和活力指数均高于其他处理,IBA为25、50 mg/L的活力指数及发芽指数均无显著差异(P>0.05),并与75mg/L IBA处理呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。梭梭同化枝及2年生硬枝均存在抑制物质,4月至5月及8月至9月同化枝及5月至6月的2年生硬枝可作为扦插材料。
