1.维生素B6又叫吡哆素,是一种水溶性维生素,为无色晶体,易溶于水及乙醇,在酸液中稳定,在碱液中易破坏,不耐高温。2.维生素B6为人体内某些辅酶的组成成分,参与多种代谢反应。维生素B6能防治妊娠呕吐和放射病呕吐。3.维生素B6在酵母粉中含量最多,米糠或白米中含量亦不少,大部分食物来源为肉类、家禽、鱼、马铃薯、甜薯及蔬菜。4.人与动物的肠道微生物可合成维生素B6,但还是要从食物中补充。吃大鱼大肉者,要补充维生素B6,以免导致慢性病。
