采用压印连接方法实现3层异种金属板料的连接,并通过试验研究板材配置形式对3层板压印接头机械性能的影响。分别对3种配置形式的拉伸-剪切试件和剥离试件进行强度测试。试验结果表明,不同的板料配置形式对接头强度和失效模式有很大影响。在拉伸-剪切试验中,T111试件的接头强度和能量吸收值最大,T12最小。3种配置形式的拉伸-剪切试件分别有上板颈部断裂失效、内锁拉脱失效和混合失效3种失效模式。3种剥离试件的接头强度相差不大,P111的拉伸位移和能量吸收值最大,P12最小,剥离试件的失效形式有上板颈部断裂失效和内锁拉脱失效两种。
The three-layer dissimilar metal sheets were connected by imprinting method. The effects of the plate configuration on the mechanical properties of the 3-layer PCB were experimentally studied. Tensile-shear specimens and peel specimens were tested for strength in three different configurations. The test results show that different forms of sheet metal have a great influence on joint strength and failure mode. In the tensile-shear test, T111 specimen joint strength and energy absorption maximum, T12 minimum. The tensile and shear specimens of the three kinds of configurations have three kinds of failure modes, namely failure failure of upper plate neck, failure of internal locking and failure of mixing and mixed failure respectively. The tensile strength and energy absorption of P111 were the largest, while P12 was the smallest. The failure modes of the peeled specimens were the failure of the upper plate neck and the failure of the internal locking pull off.
