本文介绍最近研制完成的电定标热释电辐射计的原理、结构、性能及测量结果。它采用钽酸锂为敏感材料,金黑为吸收层,并配以光电加热自动平衡电路和数字显示装置,使该辐射计具有光谱响应范围宽、反应速度快、性能稳定、操作简便、读数直观等优点。可测功率范围为10~(-6)~10~(-1)W,波长范围为0.3~2μm,测量的标准偏差(σ)为±0.83%。
This article describes the recently developed electric calibration pyroelectric radiometer principle, structure, performance and measurement results. It uses lithium tantalate as sensitive material, gold and black as absorbing layer, and is equipped with photoelectrical heating automatic balancing circuit and digital display device to make the radiometer has wide spectral response range, fast response, stable performance, easy operation and intuitive reading Etc. The measurable power range is 10 ~ (-6) ~ 10 ~ (-1) W, the wavelength range is 0.3 ~ 2μm, and the standard deviation of measurement is ± 0.83%.
