1995年5月,全国城市电网工作座谈会在北京召开。这次会议是继1981年、1990年后电力部门召开的第三次全国性的有关城市电网工作的重要会议。会上各省市电力局和供电局介绍了经验。国家电力调度通信中心刘振鹏主任和电力部安全监察及生产协调司魏光耀司长分别作了重要讲话。为了供全国供电部门和读者能迅速了解会议内容,本刊应会议要求在本期专辑摘要选登了会议文件。国家电力调度通信中心黄万永副主任专为此写了前言,特此致谢。
In May 1995, the National City Grid Working Conference was held in Beijing. The conference was the third national conference on the work of the city’s power grid, following the power sector in 1981 and 1990. The provincial power bureau and the power supply bureau introduced the experience. Director Liu Zhenpeng of the State Power Dispatching and Communication Center and Director Wei Guangyao of the Department of Safety Supervision and Production Coordination of the Ministry of Electric Power made important speeches respectively. In order to enable the national power supply department and readers to quickly understand the content of the conference, this periodical has selected the meeting’s document as an abstract in the album of the current period. The Deputy Director of the State Power Dispatching and Communications Center Huang Wanyong specifically wrote a foreword for this purpose. I would like to thank you.
