从事大中型轮式拖拉机维修工作时常会遇到检查和更换拖拉机离合器压盘及摩擦片的情况,要检查和更换离合器总成中的压盘和摩擦片本身并不十分复杂,然而前期给拖拉机“开膛破肚”的准备工作和后期的复位工作就很麻烦。很多维修师傅都动了不少脑筋,想出很多办法,可制作出的拖拉机断腰设备不是存在安全隐患、稳定性差,就是设备太笨重庞大,不适合维修工外出携带移动作业。
