鞍钢中板厂主厂房为钢筋混凝土整体框架结构,为1936年所建,迄今已使用50余年。其钢筋混凝土吊车梁分A、B两列,全长均为185m,柱距为7.32m和3.66m两种。厂房内设置7台20t/5t重级工作制吊车,其中4台在加固区作业。A列吊车梁的另侧为鞍钢轧辊厂,该厂厂房内设置50t吊车1台,30t吊车3台。通过近百个测点的检测、勘查,结果是: 1.混凝土结构强度大体为24MPa,碳化深度10~60mm不等。2.吊车梁的侧面有50余条宽0.5~10mm、长400一、一1200mm、深1.5~20mm的裂纹(缝),其
The main building of the Angang Medium Plate Plant is a reinforced concrete monolithic frame structure built for 1936 and has been used for more than 50 years. Its reinforced concrete crane beams are divided into two columns, A and B, with a total length of 185m and a column spacing of 7.32m and 3.66m. Seven 20t/5t heavy-duty cranes were installed in the plant, of which four were operating in the reinforced area. The other side of the A-line crane girder is an Angang Roller Plant. The plant is equipped with one 50t crane and three 30t cranes. Through the detection and exploration of nearly one hundred measuring points, the results are as follows: 1. The strength of the concrete structure is generally 24 MPa, and the carbonization depth ranges from 10 to 60 mm. 2. There are more than 50 cracks (slits) 0.5 to 10mm in width, 400 to 1, 1200mm in length, and 1.5 to 20mm in depth on the side of the crane girder.
