目的:研究灯盏花液对肝纤维化的防治作用。方法:用四氯化碳制作大鼠肝纤维化模型,并以灯盏花液防治。测定了实验第3、6、9、12周大鼠血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALb)、球蛋白(GLb)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶含量;观察了大鼠肝脏组织学变化及超微结构改变。结果:各期灯盏花液防治组血清白蛋白(ALb)含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05~0.01)、血清转氨酶活性低于模型组;肝细胞变性、坏死、炎细胞浸润及肝纤维化程度均显著低于模型组(P<0.05~0.01);超微结构的改变亦轻于模型组。结论:灯盏花液有保护肝细胞,改善肝功能,减轻肝组织病理损害程度,防治四氯化碳诱发的肝纤维化的作用。
Objective: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Erigeron breviscapus on liver fibrosis. METHODS: Rat hepatic fibrosis model was made with carbon tetrachloride and treated with Dengzhanhua liquid. The serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALb), globulin (GLb), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase in rats at 3, 6, 9 and 12 weeks were measured. Content; The histological changes and ultrastructural changes in the liver of rats were observed. Results: The level of serum albumin (ALb) in the control group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.05-0.01), and the serum transaminase activity was lower in the model group than in the model group; liver cell degeneration, necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and liver fibrosis. The degree was significantly lower than the model group (P<0.05-0.01); the ultrastructural changes were also lighter than the model group. Conclusion: Erigeron Breviscapus has the functions of protecting hepatocytes, improving liver function, reducing liver tissue pathological damage, and preventing and treating carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic fibrosis.
