目的:建立小儿清热散的定性、定量分析方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别方中主药人工牛黄和苦地丁,HPLC法测定小儿清热散中君药红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。结果:HPLC法测得羟基红花黄色素A在(0.4 628~2.3 140)μg范围内呈良好的线形关系,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为99.32%,RSD=2.64%(n=6)。结论:本研究方法简便、专属性强,能控制医院制剂小儿清热散的质量。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method for children’s heat-dissipating powder. Methods: TLC and HPLC were used to identify artificial bezoar and Kudingdi Ding in Fangzhong, and HPLC method was used to determine the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Xiaohong Junhua safflower. Results: The linearity of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the range of (0.4 628 ~ 2.3 140) μg measured by HPLC was r = 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.32%, RSD = 2.64% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and specific, and can control the quality of hospitalized children’s heat-clearing powder.
